1.) For the purpose of this agreement the terms BOOMSLANG BINS means (website),(us),(we) and the term you means (user). This agreement is entered into by and between: BOOMSLANG BINS and you (user).
2.) By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website terms and conditions of use, all applicable laws and regulations and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws prior to our arrival, you agree to obtain any and all local permits that may or may not be required. You further agree to be aware of the dimensions and weight of the grain bin(s). If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are prohibited from using, accessing and /or purchasing from this website.
3.) The grain bins on BOOMSLANG BINS website are provided "as is". BOOMSLANG BINS makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties or conditions of durability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non - infringement of intellectual property or violation of rights. Further, BOOMSLANG BINS does not warrant or make any guarantees concerning the appearance, accuracy, likely results or reliability of the use of the grain bin(s) on its internet website or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this site.
4.) In no event shall BOOMSLANG BINS, or any of its representatives, employees, agents, suppliers and /or installers be liable for any damages ( including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, property, or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the grain bins and/or materials on BOOMSLANG BIN'S website. even if BOOMSLANG BINS or a BOOMSLANG BINS authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
5.) The grain bins appearing on BOOMSLANG BIN'S website could include technical, or photographic errors. BOOMSLANG BINS does not warrant that any of the grain bins and/or materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. BOOMSLANG BINS reserves the right to make changes to any materials and/or products on its website at any time without notice. BOOMSLANG BINS does not however, make any commitment to update any material or products.
6.) BOOMSLANG BINS may revise these terms for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms and conditions of use.
7.) Any claim relating to BOOMSLANG BIN'S website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa without regard to its conflict of law provision.
8.) When purchasing any product or materials on this website, you are agreeing to allow BOOMSLANG BINS to charge your form of payment for the full amount of the purchase made at the time of purchase.
9.) BOOMSLANG BINS does not secure grain bin(s) to concrete pads, decks or any other surface.
10.) With regard to deliveries, you agree to make payment in full upon delivery prior to unloading.

11.) If you opt to have BOOMSLANG BINS erect grain bin(s) you agree to provide fifty percent of the erecting fee prior to start of project and fifty percent upon completion.
